REMOTE LIFE IN TXCITY

Life in our txCity exudes nothing but cool vibes! Our work environment is dynamic, but flexible as we that prioritizes productivity and a healthy work-life balance.

What you can expect:

  1. Flexible work environment: Set up your workspace in a way that suits your preferences and maximizes your productivity.
  2. Location independence: You choose where you wanna work from - your home, favourite coffee shop, while on the move or while in bed. Geographical barriers are not a limitation for, as long as you fulfill your tasks properly.
  3. Greater autonomy: Work at txFusion gives you more autonomy and independence in managing your time and tasks.
  4. Healthy work-life balance: No need for commuting and losing precious time! Our flexible working hours enables better integration of personal and professional responsibilities.
  5. Vacation: In txFusion we do not conform to traditional holidays because we operate remotely. But we do provide generous vacation days to our employees, granting them the autonomy to determine when and how they would like to make use of their time off.
  6. Offsite team buildings: Collective gathering in txCity is something we like to do, to bring our remote team together in person. We are a remote-first company, but we do offsite team building twice a year at the location of everyones choice.
